Replacement Parts Under Warranty
Parts may be requested by filling out a Customer Help Ticket. Please enter your Hy-gain, Cushcraft, or MFJ invoice or order number. For dealer purchases, parts missing or damaged must include a copy of the invoice to the original purchaser, showing the date of purchase, telephone number, and address. The copy can be attached to the Help Ticket as an attachment, like e-mail. You may send the copy by fax to 662-323-5803, or by mail to: 308 Industrial Park Road, Starkville, MS 39759.
