|Great supply! rate 10+ I spent lots of money on other supplies looking for a "RF quiet" supply, to my surprise, this is by far the most RF quiet supply!. Fan runs all the time, so I added a simple thermal switch and a 100 ohm resister and reversed the fan to pressurize the case. Now fan runs slow and quiet, and with heavy use it come on to "narmal" speed and cools the supply in 2.5 to 3 minuets. Great supply and very light compared to linear supply. Thanks MFJ for a great product! Dan kb7uxe|

|I bought this to power my IC-706 and MFJ-925 tuner for portable use. Very small and quiet. Great product.|

|Very compact. Attractive in a minimalist sort of way. Solid binding posts. An extra set of spring-loaded connectors on the back are very convenient. Powers my 100 watt transceiver effortlessly. No noise or hash that I could detect and I scanned every band. One significant issue I have with it: the advertisement text describes this power supply as "whisper-quiet". That term, I guess, is very subjective. I would not describe this as any kind of "quiet". In fact, to my ears, it is very, very LOUD. |

|Good bang for the buck, small power supply at a reasonable price. Be aware that the spacing between binding posts is non-standard. A standard dual banana plug will not work. |MFJ-1899TFT-817,KX3, MULTI-BAND TEL. ANT, 80M THRU 6M$79.95
