Customer Reviews for the MFJ-464.

I use my MFJ 464 during Field Day and for a few contest's here and there. I have found that it works flawlessly. I do not use the reader part except when there is a demostration for vistors to our (K3TTK) feild day site. The 4 message memory is a nice addition to the three memory slots available with my rig. The addition of the keyboard makes for easy stress free CW operation anytime anyplace.

I have now had my MFJ-464 cw keyer/reader for several months. The keyer/Reader continues to provide a good audio and visual fist reference as needed. I actually find CW QSO's to be now enjoyable.
My phone skill has also improved, the 464 built in speaker allows for improved audio reception compared to the Icom 718 speaker.

I have a MFJ-464. The manual says to connect to a computer use a three pin plug to a DB-9; however my computer does not have a DB9 or DB25 jack, but has only USB ports. MFJ is behind the times in not having for sale a three pin plug to a USB connector. I suggest that MFJ publish instructions for making a cable for the problem or have one for sale.

A GREAT unit. The ONLY thing I can see that it is missing is a USB port for wireless keyboards.

If you want a unit that really works, this is it.
I have over the years had many units and software for this purpose also but this is one that really works and has many features.
